At PERSEVON, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. This allows us to create products specifically for each order and helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction.

Order Processing & Production

Orders are generally processed and sent to production shortly after payment is successfully completed.

Because our products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before your order is shipped.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and the selected Print Provider.

Shipping & Delivery Times

After production is complete, your order will be shipped using the available shipping service for your destination.

Typical delivery estimates, including production and shipping, are:

  • United States: U.S. orders typically arrive within 4–12 business days, including production and shipping.

  • Canada: approximately 10–30 business days, including production and shipping.

  • Australia: approximately 10–30 business days, including production and shipping.

  • Other international destinations: approximately 10–30 business days, including production and shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary because of the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Printify's shipping times and available shipping methods can vary by product and Print Provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product, Print Provider, shipping method, destination, and number of items in the order.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Shipping charges are separate from the product price unless a free-shipping promotion is specifically stated on our website.

Countries We Serve

We ship to many countries worldwide through our Printify fulfillment network.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and Print Provider. Certain destinations may be unavailable because of legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or temporary shipping restrictions.

Currently, Printify does not ship to certain restricted regions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Ukraine, and certain other restricted territories.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped and the carrier has received the package.

Please note that tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment, particularly for international deliveries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

PERSEVON does not control customs processing times or fees imposed by local authorities.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@persevon.com.

For shipping delays or tracking issues, we will review the order and provide the appropriate next steps.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. PERSEVON is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us at support@persevon.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and the issue so that we can review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
